Shelled Pecan Halves

Pecan Halves are a healthy snack that can be enjoyed in their natural state.  Pecans are gluten-free and contain high levels of antioxidants. Our Pecan Halves are certified Kosher. Year after year, this remains our most popular item.  Pecan Halves can be used in many recipes to make an ordinary dish extraordinary!  We offer our halves in a variety of sizes from one pound containers to bulk (not individually packaged).

You may choose from three pecan varieties: Pawnee, Desirable, or Elliott.  The Pawnee is the earliest variety available (by October 15th  weather permitting) with a limited quantity.  The Desirable and Elliott varieties are generally ready by late October or early November. Both the Pawnee and Desirable are large halves while the Elliott is smaller.

Sizes offered in each variety individually packaged are One Pound Package, Five 1 Lb Packages, Ten 1 Lb Packages, or Twenty-Four 1 Lb Packages.

Bulk packaging is available in Five Pounds, Ten Pounds, or Thirty Pounds.

Individual packages are re-sealable and can be placed directly into the freezer for storage. Bulk items are packaged in a clear bag with a safety seal closure. Pecans may contain an occasional shell due to processing by machinery.

We recommend storing your natural pecan halves and pieces in the refrigerator or freezer to maintain quality and freshness.
